Tracey Veivers has worked in sport, exercise and performance psychology since 1991. Tracey has served as chair of the APS College of Sport and Exercise Psychologists for over a decade and she also works with the Queensland Academy of Sport, AFL, V8 Supercars and Queensland Ballet. She is currently working on her PhD, investigating the psychological development and support of coaches as performers in their own right.
Elite athletes use a lot more than natural born talent to achieve personal bests. The best part is many of the strategies they rely on for success are just as useful for amateur athletes.
